Pilates Bootcamp combines the classical foundations of Pilates and integrates traditional bootcamp style body conditioning. It is a fusion of cardio and Pilates exercises. This bootcamp is a full body conditioning workout, which will lengthen and strengthen your muscles helping you loose weight around your waistline. It will integrate beginner to advanced core exercises, which will improve your energy level, release both physical and mental tension, leaving you refreshed and calm with a more positive self-image.
